Sara Ramirez is officially out as Che Diaz and the character will not be featured in season three of the hit Sex and the City spinoff show. Many believed that Sara was actually fired for their pro-Palestinian views on social media. However, that does not appear to be the case.

Variety revealed that their “sources dispute that Ramírez was fired for their politics or their Instagram presence. These sources say that the Che character had reached a natural conclusion, since their relationship with Miranda had ended.”

Sam Waterston has officially exited Law & Order after appearing in the show for over 18 seasons.

The beloved actor portrayed DA Jack McCoy on the long-running NBC series and he said farewell in the fifth episode of season 23, which aired on February 22, 2024.
