Sara Bareilles is all smiles while performing on stage at Planned Parenthood’s Politics, Sex & Cocktails fundraiser on Thursday (October 6) at Spectra by Wolfgang Puck in West Hollywood, Calif.

The Grammy-nominated singer rocked a shirt for the cause on her Instagram account later that night.
