Twitter Has Thoughts About 'Emily in Paris' Receiving a Golden Globe Nomination for Best TV Series
Emily in Paris was one of Netflix‘s smash-hit shows last year, and the show was quickly renewed for season two after the massive success.
Today (February 3), the show earned a Golden Globe nomination for Best Television Show – Comedy category. The show’s star, Lily Collins, was also nominated for her work. You can see the full list of nominations right here. You can see Lily‘s reaction, embedded here.
Many are pointing out that some of the snubbed shows, like Michaela Cole‘s drama I May Destroy You, was possibly more deserving. See many of the biggest snubs from the nominations right here.

I enjoyed Emily in Paris because Emily in Paris made me feel nothing and at that point in the pandemic "nothing" was the best I could hope for when it came to emotions. But I would definitely never suggest that Emily in Paris was "good" https://t.co/wNbKLdCZhv

Wait — so the hollywood foreign press really looked at their ballots and picked Emily in Paris over Insecure. And Lily Collins over Issa Rae. They really did that. #GoldenGlobes pic.twitter.com/fAk8kZel1m
