Awards season is continuing with the nominations for the 2014 Critics’ Choice Movie Awards!
Topping the list this year are the movies American Hustle and 12 Years a Slave, each with thirteen nominations including Best Picture.
Something to note about this awards show is that there are six nominees in each of the acting categories rather than the normal five at most shows. This gives more room for a dark horse nominee to make it into the running!
Sandra Bullock got three individual acting nominations while Jennifer Lawrence, Christian Bale, and James Gandolfini all got two.
The 2014 Critics’ Choice Movie Awards will be hosted by Aisha Tyler and air live on The CW on January 16.
