Ashley Greene gets a passionate kiss from her boyfriend Paul Khoury at the stroke of midnight at the New Year’s Eve 2014 celebration held at Beacher’s Madhouse on Tuesday (December 31) at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.

Also in attendance at the event were Michael B. Jordan, Ryan Lochte, Lance Bass and fiance Michael Turchin, Derek Hough, and Mario Lopez with wife Courtney.

“What a fun night w the best New Years crew!!” Lance wrote on Instagram along with a photo of a bunch of the group.

Beyonce and JustJared.com‘s Jared Eng both stepped out in Miami to celebrate New Year’s Eve 2014 wearing the same Versace gold tiger print button-down shirt!

The 32-year-old “XO” singer wore the outfit while attending her party held at the Versace Mansion.

Jared, 31, wore the shirt to Diddy‘s party held at his Miami Beach home, which Bey also dropped by earlier in the night!

Other attendees at Diddy‘s party included Kelly Rowland, Jamie Foxx, T.I., Drake, model Jourdan Dunn, jewelry designer Lorraine Schwartz, and Diddy‘s son Quincy.

Beyonce holds hands with her husband Jay Z as they hang out at Versace Mansion where they celebrated New Year’s Eve together on Tuesday night (December 31) in Miami, Fla.

The couple was joined by fellow Destiny’s Child members Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams, as well as jewelry designer Lorraine Schwartz. Bey and Jay were later spotted leaving on a motorcycle together.

The 30-year-old rapper was joined on stage by his pal and collaborator Ryan Lewis for a medley of their hits “Thrift Shop” and “Can’t Hold Us,”

The 24-year-old singer performed a bunch of his hits such as “Marry Me,” “The Other Side,” “Talk Dirty,” and “In My Head” during the telecast.
