Amy Poehler strikes a pose as she makes her way inside the 2015 Annual unite4:humanity event at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Thursday evening (February 19) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 43-year-old actress received that Unity Award for her work with Worldwide Orphans, while Aaron Paul and his wife Lauren Parsekian were honored with the unite2gether Award for their work with the Kind Campaign.

Also in attendance were William H. Macy, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, and Jeff Bridges, who introduced Pink before her performance.

During her speech, Amy took a moment to mention Parks and Rec co-executive producer Harris Wittels, who was found dead only a few hours earlier.

“Today I lost a dear, young friend in my life who was struggling with addiction,” Amy said (via Variety). “So, I don’t really feel like telling any jokes. I’m kind of sad, and it’s really great to be here tonight and listen to all of you, and listen to the great work that you do and be reminded why we live in this bizarre planet called ‘Hollywood.’ It’s very strange.”

Emily Blunt wears a colorful button dress to the 2015 Annual unite4:humanity event held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Thursday night (February 19) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 31-year-old actress introduced Ewan McGregor before he accepted the International Humanitarian Award for his work with UNICEF UK, an organization promoting the rights and well-being of children.

Also in attendance that night were Forest Whitaker, Jane Seymour, and Frances Fisher.

That same day, Emily‘s husband John Krasinski was seen hitting the gym.

The 48-year-old actress was honored with the Creative Conscience Award for her work with the Jenesee Center.

Also in attendance that evening were Queen Latifah, Christina Applegate, Busy Philipps, and 2 Broke Girls star Beth Behrs.

The unite4:humanity event brings together the entertainment industry’s brightest stars to recognize and honor them for their philanthropic commitment.

The ladies were joined by their Orange is the New Black co-stars Danielle Brooks, Samira Wiley, and Vicky Jeudy.

The 23-year-old actress and model was joined by Elizabeth Olsen at the dinner, which benefited OXFAM.
