Salma Hayek teamed up with co-stars Connie Britton and Chloe Sevigny to debut their new film Beatriz At Dinner at the 2017 Sundance Film Festival!

The three ladies were joined by co-stars John Lithgow, Jay Duplass and Amy Landecker at the official premiere held at Eccles Center Theatre on Monday (January 23) in Park City, Utah.

That same day, Salma and her castmates promoted the flick at The IMDb Studio featuring the Filmmaker Discovery Lounge, presented by Amazon Video Direct.

Beatriz At Dinner follows the story of a holistic medicine practitioner (Hayek) who attends a wealthy client’s (Lithgow) dinner party after her car breaks down – Watch a teaser clip below!

One standout Sundance film has sparked a $10 million bidding war just hours after its premiere!

Patti Cake$, fronted by newcomer Danielle Macdonald, premiered on Monday afternoon (January 23) and distributors are anxious to get the rights to the film.

The movie received two standing ovations during the premiere and it’s likely that the film is going to receive the Audience Award at the festival.

The hip-hop inspired flick follows follows an aspiring rapper from New Jersey who goes by Patti Cake$ as she makes her way through a world of strip malls and strip clubs on an quest for glory.

Harris Dickinson is opening about the impact of his new film Beach Rats.

The British actor shared his thoughts while at the premiere of the flick with his co-stars Frank Hakaj, Dave Ivanov, Anton Selyaninov and Madeline Weinstein during the Sundance Film Festival on Monday night (January 23) at Eccles Center Theatre in Park City, Utah.

“Going into it, I wasn’t sure…what statement about sexuality it would make. I feel like I’ve gained an extreme amount of empathy for that struggle and I feel like I’ve understood more so the relationship between sexuality and class and where you live – if you’re living in a masculine environment or a traditional environment,” Harris explained.

Beach Rats follows a teenage boy in New York as he navigates questions of self-identity, while balancing his time between his delinquent friends, a potential new girlfriend, and older men he meets online.

America Ferrera was beaming with pride at the premiere of her bilingual web series Gente-Fied!

The 32-year-old actress stepped out for Short Form Episodic Showcase held during the 2017 Sundance Film Festival at Egyptian Theatre on Monday (Janaury 23) in Park City, Utah.

America served as both a cast member and executive producer for the series, and she was joined by other cast and crew members as they celebrated the Latino-created show.

Genti-Fied focuses on seven people as they they tackle gentrification in Los Angeles’ Boyle Heights.

“Talent is universal, opportunity is not,” America wrote on Instagram along with the photo below. “Welling up with pride that the beautiful, funny, complicated @gentefied written and directed by Latinos, created so much opportunity to display the incredible talent that exists in our community! #latinocast #opportunity #talent #sundance #latinx.”

The big breakout star of the 2017 Sundance Film Festival is undoubtedly going to be newcomer Danielle Macdonald after the amazing reception she got for her new movie Patti Cake$!

The 25-year-old Australian actress stepped out for the premiere alongside co-stars Bridget Everett, Siddharth Dhananjay, Mamoudou Athie, Cathy Moriarty, Patrick Brana, and Wass Stevens, as well as writer-director Geremy Jasper on Monday (January 23) in Park City, Utah.

The movie got a standing ovation from the audience at the premiere and Danielle received another standing ovation when she walked on stage for the Q&A! It’s very likely that the film is going to receive the Audience Award at the festival.

Danielle plays an aspiring New Jersey rapper in the movie and she opened up during the Q&A about how she knew tons of rap songs already, but didn’t know much about the rap music world or who the artists were. After spending two and a half years on the project, she has a much better appreciation for the genre of music!

Jack Black and Jenny Slate are at the 2017 Sundance Film Festival for the premiere of their new movie The Polka King!

The stars stepped out for the big event on Sunday night (January 22) and later attended the cast party at Chase Sapphire on Main in Park City, Utah.

Jack and Jenny were joined by co-stars Jason Schwartzman, Jacki Weaver, and Willie Garson. Earlier in the day, they stepped out at the Variety Studio, where they checked out the Tim Tam bar.

The Chase Sapphire space at Sundance was beautifully designed by celebrated interior designer Nicole Gordon. See photos below!
