Priyanka Chopra is bringing her new film The Sky Is Pink to the 2019 Toronto Internatinal Film Festival!

The 37-year-old actress hit the red carpet at the premiere on Friday evening (September 13) at Roy Thomson Hall in Toronto, Canada.

She was also joined by her co-star Farhan Akhtar.

The Sky Is Pink tells the love story of a couple spanning over 25 years, told through the lens of their teenage daughter, who has passed away.

On the carpet, Priyanka explained that filming the movie was an emotional experience and even husband Nick Jonas got a little choked up!

“He didn’t cry because when he cries it’s like the flick of a tear…but yeah, he may have gotten emotional!” Priyanka told ET Canada.

Bruce Springsteen hits the red carpet at the premiere of his new movie Western Stars during the 2019 Toronto International Film Festival on Thursday (September 12) in Toronto, Canada.

The 69-year-old singer is making his feature film directorial debut on the movie, which he co-directed with Thom Zimny.

The movie is getting strong reviews across the board. THR calls it “a gorgeous tone poem that both deepens and personalizes the audio recording, creating a satisfying emotional arc that isn’t as apparent in the collection of 13 fully-orchestrated country-tinged songs released in June.”

Western Stars will be released in theaters on October 25 following two nights of Fathom Events screenings on the 19th and 23rd.
