Alan Arkin got support from some of his famous friends during his Hollywood Walk of Fame star ceremony!

The 85-year-old actor received the honor on Friday afternoon (June 7) in Hollywood, Calif.

Alan was joined by his family, including his wife Suzanne, as well as Lisa Edelstein, Susan Sullivan, Lisa Edelstein, Ann-Margret, Paul Reiser and Steve Carell.

During the ceremony, Steve took to the stage to say some kind words about Alan.

“There’s a danger to meeting your heroes. Rarely do they live up to the expectations you place upon them and Alan turned out to be much more than I could have imagined. I simply idolize him. His depth of talent is unprecedented. He is the actor I want to be,” Steve said.

The Kominsky Method is coming back for another season!

The series, who stars Michael Douglas and Alan Arkin, is set to begin production on a second season in January 2019 in Los Angeles, Netflix confirmed on Thursday (January 17).

The season will consist of eight episodes. Sarah Baker and Nancy Travis will also return as series regulars.

In The Kominsky Method, the sun isn’t setting yet on the once famous Sandy Kominsky (Douglas) and his longtime agent Norman Newlander (Arkin), two friends tackling life’s inevitable curveballs as they navigate their later years in Los Angeles, a city that values youth and beauty.

The guys star in the Netflix show which follows aging actor Sandy Kominsky (Douglas) and his agent (Arkin) navigate their later years in Los Angeles, a city that values youth and beauty.

Also in attendance were their co-stars Sarah Baker, Emily Osment, Nancy Travis, Jenna Lyng Adams, Ashleigh LaThrop, Melissa Tang, Casey Thomas Brown, Susan Sullivan, and Lisa Edelstein, as well as Michael‘s son Cameron and creator Chuck Lorre.

The Kominsky Method premieres on Friday (November 16) on Netflix!

The new movie Going in Style is going to face some fierce competition at the box office this weekend from the new movie The Fate of the Furious, and now Warner Bros. is spoofing the franchise with new posters.

Morgan Freeman, Michael Caine, and Alan Arkin are featured on posters designed in the style of the Fast and Furious franchise. They even were given the new tagline, “2 Slow. 2 Grumpy.”

The three Oscar winners team up as lifelong buddies Willie, Joe and Al, who decide to buck retirement and step off the straight-and-narrow for the first time in their lives when their pension fund becomes a corporate casualty. Desperate to pay the bills and come through for their loved ones, the three risk it all by embarking on a daring bid to knock off the very bank that absconded with their money.

Going in Style co-stars Morgan Freeman, Michael Caine and Alan Arkin did an entire interview where they answered questions from Google Autocomplete – and it’s amazing.

Some of the questions the trio had to answer are “What is Morgan Freeman like in real life?,” “Does Michael Caine have a gold tooth?,” “Does Morgan Freeman have a tattoo?” and “What is Alan Arkin famous for?”

The funniest thing about the whole interview was that Michael couldn’t help but give the longest answers to all of his questions. At one point, Alan jokes about leaving – Watch below!

The 17-year-old actress was joined at the event by co-stars Michael Caine, Morgan Freeman, Alan Arkin, Ann Margaret, and more. She also posed for a fun photo with Internet star Baddie Winkle on the red carpet!
