Alan Arkin is recovering after suffering a “mini-stroke” earlier this week.

The 81-year-old Oscar-winning actor was hospitalized on Monday (November 9) and released on Thursday. There was no significant damage, according to TMZ.

“He had a mini stroke, but he is just fine and his usual self,” Alan‘s rep told JustJared.com in a statement.

Alan stars in the new Christmas movie Love the Coopers and was not in attendance at the film’s big Los Angeles premiere just last night. We hope that he is feeling much better!

Jon Hamm is dapper in a suit while attending the premiere of his latest film Million Dollar Arm held at the El Capitan Theatre on Tuesday (May 6) in Hollywood.

The 43-year-old actor was joined by his co-stars Lake Bell, her husband Scott Campbell, Alan Arkin, Pitobash, Aasif Mandvi, and director Craig Gillespie.

Jon‘s Mad Men co-star Kiernan Shipka was also spotted showing some support at the premiere.

Million Dollar Arm, which hits theaters on May 16, centers on a “sports agent who stages an unconventional recruitment strategy to get talented Indian cricket players to play Major League Baseball.”

Sylvester Stallone and Robert De Niro share a sweet bonding moment while attending the screening for their latest film Grudge Match held at the Ziegfeld Theater on Monday (December 16) in New York City.

The two actors were joined by their co-stars Kim Basinger, Kevin Hart, Alan Arkin, director Peter Segal, and Sylvester‘s wife Jennifer Flavin at the screening benefiting the Tribeca Film Institute.

Javier Bardem is dapper as can be at the 2013 Screen Actors Guild Awards held at the Shrine Exposition Center on Sunday (January 27) in Los Angeles.

The 43-year-old actor, who was nominated in the Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Supporting Role category for his work in Skyfall, was joined on the red carpet by fellow nominee Helen Hunt.

Helen wore a Romona Keveza gown, Swarovski clutch, and Neil Lane jewels to the show. Helen lost out on the award to Anne Hathaway, while Javier lost to Tommy Lee Jones.

The guys were joined at the event by Eddie Redmayne and his Les Miserables director Tom Hooper, Ben‘s Argo co-stars Alan Arkin and Bryan Cranston, Bradley‘s Silver Linings Playbook director David O. Russell, The Impossible‘s Tom Holland, and Richard Gere.

Ben, Alan, and Bryan were on hand to accept the Ensemble Performance Award for Argo. Bradley was honored with the Desert Palm Achievement Award for Acting. Tom Hooper received the Sonny Bono Visionary Award and Richard was the recipient of the Chairman’s Award.
