The Top 7 contestants on Big Brother season 24 have been revealed after a controversial week in the game.

There were allegations of racism in the house this week after one contestant’s suggestion for an all-white alliance was exposed. That contestant was sent home during the live eviction episode on Thursday night (September 1).

It’s going to be a busy week in Big Brother as a double eviction episode is scheduled for next Thursday.

The Head of Household competition began at the end of tonight’s episode and we won’t know the results until Sunday night’s episode (unless you check out spoilers from the live feed!).

Big Brother has had a controversial week amid allegations of racism against one contestant.

The head of household this week was Turner and he decided to nominate Taylor and Brittany for eviction. The power of veto was won by Michael and he used it on Brittany. The replacement nominee was Kyle.

Kyle‘s comments about race from earlier this season were brought up in the house this week and it led to him becoming the replacement nominee.

Kyle Capener and Alyssa Snider have been involved in a “showmance” on Big Brother for most of season 24, but the future of their relationship is now unclear.

Amid all of the controversy surrounding Kyle‘s comments on race, it seemed that Alyssa was ready to end things with him.

Big Brother contestant Kyle Capener has been making headlines recently after fans voiced their issues with his comments on race throughout the latest season of the show.

This past weekend, the hashtag #StopProtectingKyle shot to No. 1 in the United States on Twitter’s Trending Topics, as fans of the show lashed out at CBS for “protecting” Kyle with editing of his problematic comments in the house, as well as conversations about race.

At one point during the season, Kyle commented on the “diverse background” of other housemates and speculated that they are working together similarly to the Cookout, a former all-Black alliance from Big Brother 23. He also suggested an alliance between the remaining white contestants on the show.

During the episode that aired on Wednesday (August 31), Kyle‘s comments were finally addressed on the air when fellow contestants Michael Bruner and Brittany Hoopes told other houseguests about the comments.

Julie Chen is opening up about the current season of Big Brother and how a game move made by one contestant is bothering her.

The longtime host chatted with EW after the recent double eviction, which followed the split house twist. The 10 players were split into two groups of five last week and they played completely separate games, with one group living inside the house and the other group banished to the backyard.

Throughout the last few weeks, the Leftovers alliance had been calling the shots, but one member of the alliance decided to end things during the split house twist.

There are now just eight contestants remaining in the Big Brother house following the double eviction on the latest episode!

Two contestants were sent to the jury house and the first member of the Leftovers alliance was even eliminated.

After the big twist from the past week, in which the house was split into two different games, the houseguests are reunited and will be playing the rest of the season together.
