Jennifer Garner looks confused while watching the new family cat show off his crazy antics in the trailer for Nine Lives, in theaters August 5.

Kevin Spacey plays a daredevil billionaire and absentee dad who gets trapped inside the body of a cat during a terrible accident en route to his daughter’s birthday party. Adopted by his own family, he begins to experience what life is truly like for the family pet, and as a cat, Tom begins to see his family and his life through a new and unexpected perspective. Meanwhile, his family adjusts to life with an odd and stubborn cat, and his son (Robbie Amell), steps up in ways Tom never expected.

Jennifer plays the wife of Kevin‘s character while Cheryl Hines plays the ex-wife. Christopher Walken also appears in the film as the eccentric owner of a pet store!

Queen Latifah and Courtney Love make their entrance at the Vanity Fair party following the 2015 Academy Awards at the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts on Sunday night (February 22) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

Lisa Kudrow gets ready to host the 2015 Writers Guild Awards L.A. Ceremony at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza on Saturday evening (February 14) in Century City, Calif.

Before the big night, the 51-year-old actress opened up about getting the hosting gig.

“The guild called and said, ‘We’re happy to tell you we had a vote, and it was unanimous: We would love to have you host,’” Lisa told The Hollywood Reporter.

She continued saying, “I thought, ‘OK, this could be really cool.’ I truly admire writers. Whenever I’ve worked on a sitcom – as a guest star or all those years on Friends – I’ve always had my eye on the writers: How does their process work? Where do they find inspiration?”

Also at the event was Patricia Arquette, Jessica St. Clair, Lennon Parham, Shonda Rhimes, Cheryl Hines, Scott Foley, and Patrick Stewart.
