Elizabeth Olsen is opening up about her Marvel character, Scarlet Witch.
The 33-year-oldDoctor Strange actress explained why she doesn’t want kids to think of Scarlet Witch as a role model in an interview with Comicbook.com.
Elizabeth Olsen stands in between the two Benedicts – Cumberbatch and Wong – at the premiere of their new movie, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, on Thursday night (May 5) in New York City.
The three stars continued promoting the new film, which hits theaters around the country on Friday, May 6.
During her appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon the night before, Elizabeth opened up about how she can’t watch her movies at the premieres anymore.
“Every time I just watch it and I look around me and I’m like, ‘Well, it’s our first flop.’ Like every time, I just think, ‘It’s our first flop,’” she explained.
Elizabeth added, “I saw Avengers: Endgame and I looked around me and said, ‘Is it our first flop?’ I was like, ‘I don’t know. I don’t know about this one.’”

Benedict is reprising his role as the title character for his second feature film while Elizabeth will be joining him as Wanda Maximoff, hot off the success of her Disney+ series WandaVision last year.
