Helena Bonham Carter is officially playing Princess Margaret on the new season of The Crown!

“I’m not sure which I’m more terrified about—doing justice to the real Princess Margaret or following in the shoes of Vanessa Kirby. The only thing I can guarantee is that I’ll be shorter than Vanessa,” Helena said (via Deadline).

Already announced casting includes Olivia Colman, who will be replacing Claire Foy as Queen Elizabeth and Tobias Menzies, who is taking over for Matt Smith as Prince Philip.

The new season will premiere next year.

Ocean’s 8 has released a new full length trailer and it’s gonna get you really stoked for the film!

The movie features an all-star cast of women including Sandra Bullock, Cate Blanchett, Anne Hathaway, Sarah Paulson, Mindy Kaling, Rihanna, Awkwafina, and Helena Bonham Carter. The movie is a sequel/reboot of the George Clooney Ocean’s Eleven movies.

Oceans 8 is on the way!

The upcoming movie, which hits theaters on June 8, centers around Debbie Ocean (Sandra Bullock) as she gathers a crew to attempt an impossible heist at New York City’s yearly Met Gala.

And as of Wednesday (April 11), we’re getting a closer look at all the members of the heist crew, played by Cate Blanchett, Helena Bonham Carter, Mindy Kaling, Anne Hathaway, Awkwafina, Sarah Paulson and Rihanna.

The movie is a female-led spin-off of Steven Soderbergh‘s 2001 remake of the original movie.

You may have noticed that most of the attendees at the 2018 BAFTAs are wearing black.

The fashion choice is a sign of solidarity with the Time’s Up movement, which was created to raise awareness about gender inequality, abuse of power and harassment.

Helena Bonham Carter showed off her casual style while out and about over the weekend!

The 51-year-old Alice in Wonderland actress was spotted running errands on Saturday (Februrary 10) in London, England.

She wore a puffy black jacket, red checked skirt, grey platform sneakers, and a colorful scarf, tying her hair up with a ribbon and carrying a white plastic bag in her hand.

Last month, it was announced that Helena is set to play Princess Margaret in the upcoming season three of Netflix’s The Crown.

Helena Bonham Carter is set to play Princess Margaret in the Netflix royal drama, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The show is reportedly “near a deal” to have Helena take on the role in the show’s third season, taking over for Vanessa Kirby, who played Margaret in the first two seasons. Netflix has yet to officially confirm the show’s next season.

“I’m just so excited about whoever gets to do it because they’ve definitely got the coolest stuff coming up. Bring on the drama! I would have loved to have done it. I absolutely love to do all the blazing rows and getting drunk and just all of it. But I suppose I was lucky enough to have two seasons, so I could be more grateful, really,” said Vanessa about the role.

The Crown‘s second season premiered on December 8, 2017.
