Country singer Kylie Rae Harris died at the age of 30 back in September in a car crash in New Mexico and now an investigation has revealed details about what happened.
Kylie‘s car struck the rear of another car and then her car crashed head-on with a second car traveling in the opposite direction. A 16-year-old girl who was driving the second car was killed.
TMZ reports that Kylie was intoxicated at the time of the crash. She had a BAC of .28, which is more than three times the legal limit.
Kylie was driving at 102 MPH when she crashed into the first car and her car was still traveling at 95 MPH when it crashed into the second car. TMZ reports that the autopsy noted Kylie “suffered several fractures, including broken skull bones, and cuts to her face and legs. The docs say her breastbone, pelvis, and multiple ribs were also broken.”
Back in 2017, Kylie was convicted of driving while intoxicated and she was ordered to install an ignition interlock device in her vehicle.
