Ron Howard is all smiles as he hits the carpet at the special red carpet screening of his brand new documentary Pavarotti held at the iPic Theater on Tuesday (May 28) in New York City.

The 65-year-old Oscar-winning director was joined at the event by Harry Connick Jr. and his daughters Georgia and Charlotte Connick, Patti Smith, Cuba Gooding Jr., Keegan-Michael Key and his wife Elisa Key, Martha Stewart and Nicoletta Mantovani, who was married to Luciano Pavarotti.

The after party was held at the new restaurant R17, The Roof of Pier 17.

Pavarotti is a riveting film that lifts the curtain on the icon who brought opera to the people. Ron puts audiences front row center for an exploration of The Voice…The Man…The Legend.

Amy Adams has been cast in the upcoming film Hillbilly Elegy, which is being directed by Ron Howard.

The movie is a Netflix film and it’s based on the best-selling memoir of the same name by J.D. Vance.

Hillbilly Elegy is “a modern exploration of the American Dream and follows three generations of an Appalachian family as told by its youngest member, a Yale Law student forced to return to his hometown.”

This marks Amy‘s first project with Netflix, though many of her movies are currently streaming on the service. You can currently watch Julie & Julia, Junebug, The Master, Doubt, The Fighter, and Her on there!

The ladies stepped out in coordinating sparkling black and white dress as they stepped out for the awards show.

A ceremony for the awards show is being held in both New York City and Los Angeles.

The guys were just some of the major celebs who stepped out for the star-studded dinner party.

The BAFTAs are taking place on Sunday (February 10) and Rami is up for Best Actor for his work in the movie Bohemian Rhapsody.

Erika Christensen happily shows off her baby bump while hitting the carpet at the premiere of The Spy Who Dumped Me held at the Fox Village Theater on Wednesday (July 25) in Los Angeles.

The 35-year-old pregnant actress was joined at the event by Lindsey Vonn and her boyfriend P.K. Subban, Willow Shields and Sharon Stone.

Also in attendance to show their support for the film was Chrishell Hartley, Ron Howard, Drake Bell, Elle King, Molly Quinn, Tony Hawk, Zuri Hall, Izabella Miko and Julia Jones.
