Hilary Swank and her fiance, former professional tennis player Ruben Torres, have called off their engagement.

The 41-year-old Oscar-winning actress announced that she was engaged a little over two months ago, but the posts on her social media pages have been deleted.

Hilary was spotted attending the French Open over the weekend without her engagement ring and the speculation of a split started. Her reps have confirmed the news to People.

Hilary was previously married to Pretty Little Liars actor Chad Lowe for ten years. They got divorced in 2007.

Hilary Swank and her boyfriend of about a year Ruben Torres are engaged, she confirmed on her Instagram account.

“Went on a hike and this happened! I am so happy to share with you all, the engagement to my dear Ruben. #Engaged,” the 41-year-old actress wrote on her social media account, along with a photo of her, Ruben, and her new ring!

Holland Roden, Scott Eastwood, and Camilla Belle all attend the Moet and Chandon Inaugural Holding Court Dinner during the 2016 BNP Paribas Open on Saturday (March 19) in Indian Wells, Calif.

Also in attendance at the dinner were Made in Chelsea‘s Caggie Dunlop, who sat next to Scott, as well as couple Jesse Metcalfe and Cara Santana. Hilary Swank and her beau Ruben Torres, as well as singer Natasha Bedingfield were also in attendance.

The 41-year-old actress and her new beau were joined at the event by Karlie Kloss, Sylvester Stallone and his wife Jennifer Flavin, Vito Schnabel, Tommy Hilfiger and his wife Dee Ocleppo.
