Salma Hayek‘s Christmas may not be that different from yours.
The 56-year-old Frida actress is married to French fashion billionaire François-Henri Pinault. She has one biological daughter and three stepchildren.
“My kids are humble. I don’t know how I did it but I think that what was great is that they have a big spectrum of things,” Salma said at 10th anniversary of DuJour, where she DJed.
Her husband Francois had three other children from previous relationships before they got married in 2009. He is the CEO of the luxury fashion group Kering with subsidiaries such as Balenciaga, Bottega Veneta, Gucci, Alexander McQueen, and Yves Saint Laurent.
“So for Christmas I like them to open millions of presents but some of them are very small and meaningful, some of them are very silly and playful and then they get one or two really nice ones,” Salma told Page Six at the event.
Salma also shared about how she deals with comparison in the industry.
“Girl, I am too busy to compare or compete with these other women. I have four kids and thirty animals, so I just do my thing,” she said. “So I don’t look at other women in this industry. I just got to keep up with myself and that’s a big task and that’s all I focus on.”
Salma was recently at the 2022 GQ Men Of The Year Awards along with Sydney Sweeney and Alexandra Daddario.
