Gina Rodriguez happily strikes a pose while attending the launch of Jennifer Lopez‘s All I Have Las Vegas residency at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino on Wednesday (January 20) in Las Vegas.

The 31-year-old Jane the Virgin star was joined at the event by Derek Hough, Cheryl Burke, Sarah Jeffery and Dayo Okeniyi.

That same day, Gina taped her appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, airing on Thursday (January 21)!

“From #JaneTheVirgin to the @TheEllenShow then jumping on a plane to see @JLo rock it!,” Gina tweeted. “I’m going to say it’s a pretty good Wednesday �’�🏽�’�🏽�’�🏽”

During her appearance, Gina talked to Ellen about wanting a baby and how being on the Jane the Virgin set makes her want them even more.

“I feel like they bring the baby up to me and my ovaries are like, ‘ahhhh, come here baby!’ But they don’t cry on the set,” Gina expressed. “It’s like perfect. As soon as one cries they take it away from me and the other one comes in. I want one. So bad. I do, but I don’t want the whole process. I just want one to arrive like the stork conversation, right?”

Jennifer Lopez and her co-star Ray Liotta arrive at the 2016 Winter TCA Tour to promote their new NBC show Shades of Blue on Wednesday (January 13) in Pasadena, Calif.

The 46-year-old superstar cited Shonda Rhimes’ work on Grey’s Anatomy as a milestone for diversity in television.

“That’s where TV got interesting again. I remember watching that and what was so interesting was where she placed different characters,” Jennifer said. “Since then it feels like the norm. There’s no getting away from it.”

The 46-year-old actress stars as sexy New York detective (and single mother) Harlee Santos, who fell in with a tight-knit group of dirty cops, taking bribes and protection money that she uses to provide the best life for her honest and talented daughter (Sarah Jeffery). When she’s trapped by the FBI, however, and forced to inform on her own “brothers,” she’ll have to walk the fine line between love, loyalty, honor and betrayal, and try to keep it together for her daughter’s future.

Shades of Blue premieres on Thursday, January 7 at 10/9c on NBC.
