Ryan Seacrest and on/off girlfriend Shayna Taylor step out for the 2019 New York City Ballet Fall Fashion Gala on Thursday night (September 26) at the David H. Koch Theater at Lincoln Center in New York City.

The 44-year-old TV personality looked handsome in a navy blazer while the 27-year-old model donned a silk, flesh-colored dress with silver details for the event.

Also in attendance at the gala was Ryan’s morning talk show co-host Kelly Ripa, who looked pretty in a teal-colored gown.

Ryan and Shayna have been dating on and off for the past three years. Back in February, it was reported that they had broken up, but they were vacationing together in Italy back in August.

It hasn’t been confirmed if they are back together now.

The couple appear to be back together after their split back in February, however, a source is maintaining they are just friends.

It looks like Ryan Seacrest and Shayna Taylor are back together!

The 44-year-old Live! With Kelly & Ryan host and the 27-year-old model were spotted getting cozy while aboard a yacht on vacation in Positano, Italy, according to pictures obtained by TMZ.

Ryan showed off his fit figure while tanning shirtless while Shayna rocked a string bikini as she went for a dip in the ocean.

Back in February, it was reported that Ryan and Shayna had split after three years together. Since then, the two have remained close and have spotted hanging out several times.

Ryan Seacrest and Shayna Taylor are all smiles as they stepped out for a hike together on Saturday afternoon (April 13) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 44-year-old TV host went sporty in a navy T-shirt and black joggers while the 27-year-old model and food blogger donned a white T-shirt and orange leggings for their outing.

It was reported early last month that Ryan and Shayna had split up after dating for about three years.

Despite splitting up, the two have remained close friends.

Ryan Seacrest is a single guy.

The 44-year-old TV host and Shayna Taylor, 26 were first linked in 2013, broke up in late 2014, and rekindled their romance later on. In total they dated for around three years but have broken up.

“It was an amicable split and they’re still really close,” a source told People. “They still love and care about each other.”

The last photos we have of them together are from their PDA packed Christmas vacation.
