Stephen 'tWitch' Boss Upped To Producer at 'Ellen' Following Three Other Producers Being Ousted

Stephen “tWitch” Boss is now not only the house DJ on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, he’s also a producer!

The dancer and DJ has been promoted to a co-executive producer on the talk show.

The announcement was made after it was revealed that three of the top producers had been let go from the show, via Variety.

The trade paper reports that Ellen shared the news with her staff in a video message and expressed that she wanted to “come back strong” for the upcoming 18th season of the talk show, with a commitment to diversity.

Ellen added that tWitch had been helpful to her with incorporating that in the future of the show.

tWitch‘s promotion gives him more influence over both programming and the working culture.

Just last week, tWitch commented on the situation of the workplace environment, and revealed he couldn’t say much then.

“I’ll say this, there’s been love,” he shared at the time.. “Obviously there’s some things to address, but from my standpoint and from countless others, there’s been love.”
