Beloved Broadway actress Susan Egan has announced that she has been diagnosed with Bell’s Palsy and will need to sit out the upcoming fall run of the Disney Princess – The Concert tour.
The 52-year-old actress originated the role of Belle in the Broadway production of Beauty and the Beast and earned a Tony Award nomination for her performance. She also voiced the role of Megara in the Disney movie Hercules.
Susan and other actresses who have played princesses on Broadway have been touring the world for the last few years in their princess concert.
