2020 is going to be a big year for Michelle Williams as she’s pregnant with her second child and she’s set to marry director Thomas Kail!

The 39-year-old Oscar-nominated actress worked with Thomas on the FX series Fosse/Verdon, which earned her an Emmy Award last year. She’s nominated for the show at this weekend’s Golden Globes.

If you aren’t aware, Thomas is also the Tony-winning director of the smash hit musical Hamilton. He also won two Emmys for his work on Fox’s Grease: Live.

People reports that Michelle and Thomas, 42, were spotted shopping for baby clothes at a maternity boutique in London, where she has been filming Venom 2.

Michelle is the mother of a 14-year-old daughter named Matilda, whose father is the late actor Heath Ledger.

This will be the second marriage for Michelle, who split from husband Phil Elverum earlier this year after being married for less than a year. It will also be the second marriage for Thomas, who was previously married to actress Angela Christian.

The Hamilton creator and his wife were in attendance for opening night of Freestyle Love Supreme at the Booth Theatre on Wednesday (October 2) in New York City.

Fifteen years the creation of the original improv troupe, Freestyle Love Supreme is a hip-hop musical from Lin-Manuel, Thomas Kail and Anthony Veneziale.

Here’s a description: “Every performance, the crew takes the crowd on a freestyle, hip-hop, improvisational, never-before-seen comedy ride. See it for the first time every time as the performers take suggestions from the audience and spin them into instantaneous riffs and full-length musical numbers. With special — and spontaneous — guest appearances from Lin-Manuel Miranda, Christopher Jackson, Daveed Diggs, James Monroe Iglehart, and more, every night brings the unexpected.”

Wayne Brady and daugther Maile Masako Brady, Chris Sullivan, Veronica Vazquez and Utkarsh Ambudkar were also in attendance.

The award-winning actors are starring in the new series Fosse/Verdon, based on the two dance legends.

Michelle opened up about preparing for the role.

“To have… a little bit of vocabulary that I knew [in dance] has been helpful, but this is a next-level degree of difficulty,” Michelle said (via ET). “I danced a little as a kid, but nothing to write home about. And then all of a sudden, [dancing in roles] just keeps coming up for me.”

“It’s a place I’ve found an unexpected amount of joy, so I keep wanting to return to it,” she added.

The 41st Kennedy Center Honors is airing tonight on CBS and we have all the details about the star-studded presentation.

This year, the honorees are country music superstar Reba McEntire, jazz saxophonist and composer Wayne Shorter, Hamilton co-creators Lin-Manuel Miranda, Thomas Kail, Andy Blankenbuehler and Alex Lacamoire, composer Philip Glass and music superstar and actress Cher.

The event was pre-recorded on December 2 and features a full lineup of performers and presenters.

Disney is putting a modern-day twist on Oliver Twist!

According to THR, the studio is teaming up with Ice Cube and Tony Award winning director of Hamilton, Thomas Kail, to bring Charles Dickens‘ classic novel to the big screen as a musical set in present-day America.

The book follows an orphan boy who meets a pickpocket on the streets of London and joins a household of boys who are trained to steal for their master.

The new Oliver Twist will reportedly feature music from different genres, including hip-hop.

Meanwhile, Ice Cube is set to play Fagin.
