Cameron Diaz films a scene alongside her many co-stars for their movie Annie on Wednesday (December 4) in New York City.
The 41-year-old actress was joined on set by Rose Byrne, Bobby Cannavale, Jamie Foxx, Quvenzhane Wallis, and Tracie Thoms, who is playing a character inspired by the original story’s Lily St. James and acts as orphan Annie’s fake mom.
“My dad, @donaldhthoms, is seeing [Idina Menzel] and [Anthony Rapp] in If/Then tonight, and I’m more than a little bit jealous! Have fun, y’all!” Tracie tweeted that day. She starred alongside the two actors in the film version of Rent.
