Yowzas! It’s a Gyllenhaal-fest here today!
Cycling enthusiast Jake Gyllenhaal bikes his cough away through the hills of Griffith Park on Tuesday afternoon with pal Austin Nichols.
Buff Best buddies Jake and Austin (both 26) co-starred together in global-warming disaster flick The Day After Tomorrow in 2004.
The pair have also shared clothes in the past and been spotted around West Hollywood together.

TOOTHY TILE rides again! Ted Casablanca answered my email and he pretty much confirmed it was Jake. I really doubt he and Reese Witherspoon are a couple by the way. They’re just friends from doing a recent movie together.

The other guy is taller and thinner–and doesn’t seem to be as an experienced biker as Jake.

Gisele, even if Jake is gay or bi doesn’t mean everything Ted Casablanca says is true. Yes he has pinned the Toothy Tile crap on Jake but some of the crap he writes is ridiculous and made up gossip. You are being fooled if you believe it all.

Hey campy dude, dream on. Those rumors are confined to the internet. The paparazzi that stalk Jake in L.A. have seen him sneaking in and out of Reese’s place in different cars. Cycling with yet another pal is not going to get them off the scent of Reese.

Wrong guy, buddy. Jake never shared clothes with Austin. He has shared close wit his roommate, the guy he’s been best friends with since he was 11 years old. Who is not a public figure so I won’t say his name. Jake and Austin are good friends, not best friends. They ocassionally work out together, and they have been spotted at a Lakers’ game or two. Funny. I bet Jake would rather people speculate about his guy friends than talk about him with Reese. That tells me there might be some truth to the Reese thing.
What’s Austin up to these days anyway? How come he only surfaces wheen Jake is around? User much?

I think its funny that some people are all in denial about a person being gay, if they happen to like the person, but are quick to point the gay finger if they don’t particularly like the person in question. Listen, there is nothing wrong with being gay but sadly, people like Jake will never come out because even his fans won’t accept it. As for Reese and Jake, as soon as the movie comes out, you won’t be hearing any more rumors about them being a couple, count on it ;-).

Jake and Austin have also shared clothes. Last year, Austin was photographed wearing this ugly orange biking shirt–then a few months later, Jake was seen wearing the exact same one, while biking in NYC. The shirt had to be Austin’s because it was particularly ugly and also it was obviously tight on Jake (who’s much beefier than the skinny Austin).
And they are close friends–have been since they met on the set of “The Day After Tomorrow.”
Also Austin is the lead in the new HBO series set to premiere (after the Sopranos finale) in June.
why do jake’s buddies use him for publicity? who would have know anything about this Austin guy if he wasn’t riding with jake?

well, its apparent this upsets a lot of people (Who are in denial about being in denial,lol) so I won’t go on - except to say there’s more to it than mere speculation - and its not only Ted C by the way (who has actually been the first on many “rumors” that have come to fruition).

BTW, I heard of various sightings with those two the last year–but yet they can’t be true because they’re guys, right?
