Hilary Duff is a Meter Maid

Hilary Duff drops some coins in the meter before she shops at a pet store in Studio City, Calif. on Friday (February 20).

The Duffster bought a lot of toys for her dog and cat!

The 21-year-old actress fed the meter last month as well. Looks like photographers know where to get Hilary!

It was previously reported that Hilary Duff will be making a guest spot on The Ghost Whisperer with Jennifer Love Hewitt.

So the day she has a lot going on in the wardrobe department, she’s criticized & ridiculed by everyone on this site for dressing to much to go shopping. Now she’s simply shopping at a pet store in casual clothes & still getting ridiculous criticism? Poor Hilary. It must suck to be so hated for absolutely no reason.
