Kellie Pickler sparkles in a gold Zuhair Murad mermaid gown (complete with a fish-scales print) at the 2009 Academy Of Country Music Awards held at the MGM Grand on Sunday (April 5) in Las Vegas.
The 22-year-old country singer will return to the American Idol stage on Wednesday (April 8) to perform her latest single, “Best Days of Your Life.” Kellie and BFF Taylor Swift co-wrote the song.
“Going back to American Idol is like going to a family reunion. Well, it’s more fun than going to my family reunions,” she laughed. “Seriously, it’s always great to see the gang and feel the excitement from the contestants.”

Where is the REAL Kellie???? She is so fake and plastic looking now. Nothing like the cute, all natural Kellie I saw on Idol. Now it;s all fake boobs, fake lips and fake hair. Ugh! Just another Hollywood Bimbo!

What happened to the cute, bubbly adorable young woman full of charm and spark? I can’t believe she’s 22. She just looks old and unnatural now–everything looks fake.
And that dress looks painful, like she can’t breath or move very well. I have no idea how she planned to sit down in that thing without it ripping. Form fitting dresses like that are doable but it also needs to fit and that one looks too tight for it to work.
Whoever told her plastic surgery plus botox at 21-22 was a good idea should be taken out behind the woodshed because it looks awful, instead of enhancing her features the plastic surgery took away the character in her face and prematurely ages her. Her smile looks fake, probably because she can’t fully move her face due to the botox. I really hope the Hollywood trend of 17-22 year olds getting major plastic surgery and botox ends soon.
It doesn’t make sense why someone so young would do so many plastic surgeries, even for someone in the 30′s it seems bizarre…It looks like she has cheek implants by the way
