Ben Stiller Starts StillerStrong

Ben Stiller sends out an open letter via video to Lance Armstrong and kicks off his Stillerstrong campaign (part of Save The Children) by selling headbands instead of the now-famous Livestrong wristbands.

“So what’s with the yellow headbands?” Ben wrote. “Well, besides my homage to the great Lance Armstrong… I had this opportunity to visit Haiti this summer. It’s an incredible country, with amazing people and a vibrant culture. When I was there I visited a school in Cévérine.”

“With Save the Children, because I assume they know how to save kids, we are raising money to expand the school, dig a drinking water well there, and set up a self sustainable crop field to help the residents keep the school going for years to come,” he said.

In the video, Ben suggests wearing multiple headbands at once to keep out the cold and for a “multi-colored rainbowy thing” aesthetic.
