Eliza Dushku Leaves 'Bird Dog'

Eliza Dushku will no longer be involved with the new TNT pilot Bird Dog.

Last week, news broke that the 29-year-old Dollhouse alum would take part in a new drama on the cable network. Bird Dog is about a female cop who teams up with her father, also on the police force, to solve crimes.

“We have mutually & AMICABLY decided to part ways on Bird Dog due to creative differences,” Eliza explained on her Twitter. “No worries/fears/tears”.

Deadline reports that Ashley Williams (Good Morning, Miami) and Gerald McRaney (Major Dad) have been cast as the leads in the project.

    That dress is very unflattering on her flat, bare chest.

    She has an arrogance about her that I just don’t like.

    Too bad! She’s so talented. Hopefully she’ll get something else or some movie roles!!

    i love this girl but she needs to stop doing brand new tv shows cos the likelyhood of them succeeding are very slim. Im sure she doesnt want to do another new show then for the show to be canceled. she should start concentrating in film roles whether its big or smaal; and guest spots on shows that are already established. good luck to her though

    @kim:

    you confuse self-confidence with arrogance. that’s arrogant in an ironic way isn’t it.
