Willow Smith bundles up in a puffy coat as she arrives at her hotel on Thursday (March 10) in Manchester, England.

The 10-year-old “21st Century Girl” singer is in town to support Justin Bieber in concert.

Willow performed in Dublin, Ireland earlier in the week.
