Lea Michele - MET Ball 2011

Lea Michele is red hot as she arrives at the MET Ball held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art on Monday (May 2) in New York City.

The 24-year-old actress wore a custom-made Escada red silk faille gown which featured a siren fit with inset godet to enhance the dramatic silhouette. The gown was detailed with rough finished seams and intricate top stitching.

Lea and her fellow Glee castmates filmed in the city last week, and after finishing work, Lea got to check out a Broadway show!

“[S]aw my dear friend @johngallagherjr in Jerusalem on bway tonight…it and he were outstanding:),” she tweeted late on Sunday evening.

FYI: Lea finished off her look with Kimberly McDonald earrings.

Ugh, she is so ugly. Yes, she has a beautiful voice but she also has a nasty attitude.

Looking good! @ 05/03/2011 at 8:51 am

Lea looks gorgeous! Love the dress, the hair, the makeup, the jewelry! It all works beautifully together. I’ll add my 2 cents on the Lea debate — I met her at stage door a few years ago and she was lovely with me and my niece. She then moved on, gave an autograph and a picture and was nice to the girls next to us, but when she moved on they started bitching about how she only let them take one picture with her. I couldn’t believe it. I had witnessed a nice exchange, but because these girls thought she was supposed to be their best friend after a meeting behind ropes they were bitching about her. That made me realize that, more often than not, it is the fan expectations not the actor/celebrity that makes a “bad experience.” I truly think that fans have a ridiculous sense of entitlement where celebrity is concerned. She was nice to me, and I like her! She’s talented — can sing and act with the best of them — and deserves every success. GO LEA!!!

WHY DOES SHE HAVE TO PULL HER DONKEY LIPS LIKE THAT?

love her, i met her last week here in new york. she was at a coffee shop alone near the location where they were working. while she was waiting for her hot chocolate some girls were trashing her (they didn’t see her), then i talked to her and she was nice and the girls were like “hi, i love you”. she was nice and polite, and she she is really beautiful in person and so tiny.

@Kate: and your attudie is not nasty?
