Yeah… Kevin Bacon. Amazing actor and the only person in the movie that’ll motivate me to see it.

  • Dionne

X-Men was soooo good. Michael Fassbender carried the film in my opinion

  • jamy

Well deserved. The best one yet in my opinion. story is solid and acting was on point even superior for an action movie, Michael Fassbendern and Kevin Bacon stole the movie. I found Magneto finally human. Best thing though was the dialogue, very strong. Best Summer movie.

  • Froly

i love hangover…X-men was good too..
…my girl & I going on vacation…air line gave away $1000 Gift card for anywhere in world..just for giving them our puttin the fam on it..

  • jenny

Fassbender was indeed hypnotizing in this movie, he should do more action movies, suit him very well.

  • James

@Dionne. I agree that Michael’s performance was excellent, the best. Kevin bacon and McAvoy was also great. While January Jones in my opinion was sub par…

  • Fiona

X-men was good, it made me cry at times, i’ll admit it. LOL
    Michael Fassbender was really good.

  • JoseLyn

I watched X-men. Very well written and the cast was amazing.
I’m now a fan of Michael Fassbender’s, he was very convincing and made me like magneto. Kevin Bacon was too good at being bad, he also did a great job!

  • Din0

    @Dionne & @James I totally agree.
Michael is the man, Kevin was great, and surprisingly for the females I thought Jennifer & Zoe did a great job as well, while January meh!

  • jenny

January Jones was icy and fit her role in my opinion, i don’t know why people act like she was supposed to play anything more than this ice cold woman who in fact does not feel anything.

  • sillyme

Fassbender was excellent. I’d totally hit it, even though he’s an old guy.

  • jenny

Kevin Bacon does the best villains. I hope they give him more roles, i don’t understand why i don’t see this guy in more movies.

  • Kaybye

Go see X-men if you haven’t it was really good

  • X-men

Michael did so well as magneto. Bacon and McAvoy did great too. The females also did well in my opinion. I could see how you didn’t particularly like January’s performance, but it was probably because of the role…

  • Fassy’s

Omg, when Michael(magneto) told Jennifer(mystique) she was beautiful when blue I cried. I love Michael Fassbender

  • Jessica

This was the best X-men, I loved the cameo by Hugh J. LOL
Michael & Kevin were sooo good! Jennifer & mcavoy’s relationship made me cry. Zoe did well and omg the beast was so dreamy to me! *sigh*

  • :)

I’m in love with Michael now, Zoe better watch out.

  • Alia

@:): Yeah I second that! He’s so fine…and I’m just his type too lol.

  • Ronnie

To me, McAvoy was just dreamy~ :)

  • Poppy

X-men origins was the best. Fassbender and McAvoy were superb. Bacon was spot on. J. Lawrence and Zoe were great. Hoult and Till were good, and the story line was the best!

Oh and @JESSICA The beast is mine! So nerdy and hot, Yum

  • Jayla

Great movie and wonderful cast. Fassbender was awsome as Magneto. Kevin Bacon was just great! Great writing and directing. It is worth the $10. Loved Zoe, and these guys – Banshee and Havok.

Singer had to come back strong after the last Wolverine crap and he did!! Well done indeed.

  • Mike

X-men was phenomenal! Fassbender is so good, he is definitely a force to be reckoned with and i’ll be watching his films from now on. Bacon is so talented and it’s good he’s back on everyone’s radar. McAvoy played a great Xavier. That chick with the wings, Angel did great. And the young mystique brought it home for the females!

  • AmICynical?

It’s wonderful to see James McAvoy’s star continuing to rise. He is superb!

  • Poppy

    I meant X-men first class…

  • Kyle

Loved X-men. Fassbender was superb, if not for him the movie would have been just okay.

  • cara

  • Melody

@sillyme- Michael Fassbinder is OLD?? He’s 34! You must be a tween. Btw he’s not too old for Zoe Kravitz (who is 22).

Saw Tree of Life this weekend and it was pure perfection. An emotional and spiritual journey. An incredibly beautiful poem on human existence. Bold performances from Pitt (Mr. O’Brien), Penn (Jack O’Brien) and Jessica Chastain (Mrs. O’Brien), with a heartbreaking performance from newcomer Hunter McCraken who plays young Jack. I’m seeing it again next weekend. And congrats to Jolie and the rest of the Kung Fu Panda 2 gang for cracking $100M! Happy belated B-Day Angie!

  • Roe

X-men was amazeballs! Michael Fassbender was magnetic (pun intended).

  • Jaye

Kevin Bacon was great. I liked the movie, but didn’t love it. It was not a ‘must see again’ movie for me. The first part was slow, but I liked it over all.

  • Joan

Love, love, loved Fassbender in X-men he was fantastic!

  • Kim

Michael Fassbender carried a couple people in the film. This X-men was the best of the series!

  • Honny

  • anne

This movie was not as funny as the first one

  • amy

Not my kind of movie, but will see it for the wonderful James McAvoy.

  • Jo

Kevin Bacon is the most underrated actor out there , He’s a much better actor thatn Brad Pitt I think in the long run Bacon will resurface and out last Pitt, Pitt’s getting washed up people realizing he’s not much of an actor

  • GFW

James and Gerry Butler have GOT to work together as father and son or maybe Burns!? Anything… just make it soon. James (with a 300 Gerry ‘dot’) and Michael put the “first class” into this film out-acting everyone, even a veteran. Well done fellas. Love how the Island Men can shed those tears.

  • Alen

X-Men First Class is the best action movie of 2011. I just love this movie and Michael Fassbender was the real strong and soul character of the movie in my opinion…he did superbly amazing as Magneto!!!
