Gossip Girl co-stars Jessica Szohr and Katie Cassidy walk the red carpet at the 2011 MTV Movie Awards held at Universal Studios’ Gibson Amphitheatre on Sunday (June 5) in Universal City, Calif.
Jessica, who wore an alice + olivia by Stacey Bendet jumpsuit, was nominated for the Best Scared-as-S**t performance for her work in Piranha 3D. She was up against Ashley Bell, Ryan Reynolds, Minka Kelly, and Ellen Page, who took home the award.
Katie, whose Monte Carlo co-stars Selena Gomez and Leighton Meester also attended the show, wore a Catherine Malandrino dress, Jimmy Choo heels, a Sergio Rossi clutch, and Sandy Leong jewelry.

Katie Cassidy looks stunning as usual but she a third generation hollywood star her paternal grandfather would’ve been Tony Winner Jack Cassidy her paternal grandmother is Oscar Golden Globe & emmy winner Shirley Jones and her dad is Golden Globe & Emmy winner David Cassidy. that would be the same if Peter Elkind decided to become an actor as his maternal grandparents both won a boat load of awards for their acting. correct his maternal grandparents were/are Paul Newman & Joanne Woodward who between them had 9 golden globes 4 Emmy’s and 2 competetive oscars plus Paul’s 2 honorary ones. Ms Szohr on the other hand shouldn’t even be there she’s only on a lowly teen soap that doesn’t involve much acting at all
