Charlize Theron Sells Malibu Home to Glee's Ryan Murphy

Charlize Theron gets her car washed on Sunday (June 5) in Los Angeles.

The 35-year-old South African actress then headed to a nearby Whole Foods, where she picked up two bags of groceries.

Glee creator Ryan Murphy has reportedly closed a deal to buy Charlize‘s three-bedroom house in Malibu for $6.5 million.

Ryan closed escrow late last month on the 2,100-sq-ft., house, which Charlize and former partner Stuart Townsend owned, THR reports.

The beachfront property also includes 3.5 bathrooms, a large deck, a hot tub, and a fire pit.
