Earlier in the day, the 35-year-old actress actress attended a press conference for the Swiss watchmaker, for which she’s an ambassador.

According to multiple reports, Kate is quietly dating Richard Branson‘s nephew Ned Abel Smith – aka Ned Rocknroll.

The two arrived together at a recent memorial service for Richard‘s father, Ted, in London.

“Ned is really happy with Kate,” a source told Us Weekly about the pair.
