Selena Gomez has opened up for the first time to address her fans after her mom’s miscarriage earlier this month.

“Belated Merry Christmas everybody.. I can’t thank you enough for all of your thoughts and prayers. We appreciate every one of you.. I love you all so much and we hope you and your family had a beautiful Christmas!” the 19-year-old entertainer wrote on her Facebook account.

“Love, Me, Momma, Brian and our guardian angel Scarlett,” Selena signed the note.
