Charlize Theron arrives in style at the 2012 Critics’ Choice Awards, held at The Hollywood Palladium on Thursday (January 12) in Los Angeles.

The 36-year-old actress (in an Alaia dress and Bulgari jewelry) is up for the award for Best Actress tonight for her work on Young Adult.
