Dick Van Dyke, 86, Marries 40-Year-Old Makeup Artist

Dick Van Dyke is a newlywed!

The 86-year-old legendary actor wed Arlene Silver, his 40-year-old makeup artist, at a ceremony on Leap Day (February 29), they confirmed to RumorFix.

The duo met at the SAG Awards about six years ago. “I was in the green room and she passed through and I was bowled over by her beauty,” Dick said.

“He’s the happiest person I’ve ever met. He’s got an infectious spirit,” Arlene said.

Dick was married to Margie Willett from 1948 until 1984. He later lived with his longtime love, Michelle Triola, for 30 years before her death in 2009.
