Natalie Portman: Audrey Hepburn Children's House Anniversary!

Natalie Portman attends the 10th anniversary of the Audrey Hepburn Children’s House opening on Friday (May 4) in Hackensack, New Jersey.

The 30-year-old actress met up with Sean Hepburn Ferrer, the son of the legendary actress, at the event. AHCH is “a state-designated Northern Regional Diagnostic and Treatment Center for child abuse and neglect.”

Over the weekend, Natalie was in New York City where she grabbed lunch with her son Aleph at Serafina Fabulous Pizza.

Natalie, who doted on her baby boy “the entire time,” fed him a few bites and waited for him to fall asleep before she began eating a salad, People reports.

FYI: Natalie is wearing a Giambattista Valli dress with Dior shoes and a Richard Mille watch.

    Obviously she would be there!
She is the modern day Hepburn!

  • Sabrina

She always looks young usually, sometimes, almost like a teen. But here, she looks older. But still beautiful…

  • tender

Many young girls should look up to Audrey Hepburn instead of blonde fake girls

  • sammy

Age difference notwithstanding, Audrey Hepburn’s son looks better than K-Fed Junior beside Natalie.

  • Lily

I absolutely love and admire Audrey and her work as a actress and a human being. And I truly like Natalie and think she is a great actress. But there’s no comparation between Audrey and whetever other actress. Audrey is unique. And always will be. She’s a unique lovely legend.

  • Different and not equal

Mmmm she wishes she were Audrey. Natalie’s a lovely lady, and I truly do admire the charity she has done as of late, but sometimes I feel like she’s trying to be Audrey 2.0 and it’s a wee bit annoying. Like, for example, she lacks Audery’s fashion sensibility, which was truly unique and a contrast from other women’s fashion at the time.

  • Different and not equal

Plus, I’ve always thought that if you need a comparison then you’re not original.

  • lol

I didn´t know she uses botox too. Plus I think for attention for herself she would do anything like to support Roman Polanski just to get a Job. And she is no way Audrey H. I just hate when people get compared to some unique ones. And her face is to big.

  • Bodhi

    beautiful lady, inside and out.

  • villedeville

I hope that she made a donation to the Audrey Hepburn Children’s House and not just lent her “regal” presence to the charity organization.

Speaking of regal presence, Natalie doesn’t have Audrey’s regal looks and fashion sense. Natalie is beautiful in her own way but totally different from Audrey.

  • Jennica Panettiere

Why does Natalie always try to associate herself with Audrey. Ugh she has a slight resemblance but that doesn’t mean she is similar to Audrey on the inside.

  • constant

The dress looks like a toddler smock.

oh I just love anything audrey did she’s such an inspirational person and a great actress, her legacy live through her. in the other hand, natalie is a great actress too and seems like a good person, but there’s no comparison between them, at all

  • Barbara W

I love and admire Natalie Portman and think she is since and genuine… It’s the press not her who makes these comparisons …besides who really cares no one remembers Audrey Hepburn anyway… she died 19 years ago no disrespect intended but I don’t know anything about her,

  • franklymydear

@Barbara W: You should learn more about her, honestly. I’m a teenager and I have nothing but admiration for the wonderful person Miss Hepburn was. She’s still very influential today, and has still shown up on lists of people with the best style of all time. She was a wonderful star and, without her taste in clothing what we wear today would have been changed drastically. I suggest you go and look up a movie right now, if only one “Breakfast at Tiffanys” because that was the biggest movie of her career. I do not mean this response in any condescending nature, and I apologize if it comes off as that but I just think you would truly enjoy looking more into her.
