OlderPenn Badgley: 'Lilac Wine' Cover
Penn Badgley heads onto the set of Gossip Girl on Friday (August 10) in New York City.
The 25-year-old actor was joined by co-star Leighton Meester, who wore several different outfits while filming scenes for the sixth and final season of their hit CW show.

Last week, Penn was spotted performing a cover of “Lilac Wine” at the Cameo Gallery in Brooklyn.
The song was also covered by musician Jeff Buckley, who Penn will be playing in the upcoming biopic Greetings from Tim Buckley.

Yes, Ed Westwick was there too. And he was very handsome! Oh and Penn didn’t shoot with Leighton but with Blake Lively who was so SO gorgeous!! Why not pics tho? boo hoo

I think there are parts of the singing where he sounds so good – mostly on the sustained notes.
He seems to be trying for more and just needs to relax and let it be.
