Nicole Richie: 'The New Normal' Star!

Nicole Richie works up a sweat at the gym on Thursday (September 27) in Studio City, Calif.

The 31-year-old fashion designer used a large scarf to cover herself while heading to her car.

Nicole will be putting her acting chops to the test very soon! The creator of New Normal Ryan Murphy recently tweeted, “Proud to announce Nicole Richie and the legendary George Takei are joining The New Normal family.”

The New Normal airs Tuesdays at 9:30 p.m. ET on NBC.
