I like this show, and I liked Shauna. Too bad. I do like Anna Camp, but her character doesn’t add much to me.

  • alwaysforgets

I really wanted to like this show, but gave up on it after two episodes.

    Hilarious Show. Love it.

  • Hmmm

I also wanted to like this show, because I’ve never seen an Indian protagonist on American tv, much less a plus sized one, but the premise is boring, and while the characters look like they could be funny, they aren’t. The Castellano character is alright, but he doesn’t have much to work with, everybody else is just not that funny.

  • Journalistic

I expected more but the show is okay. I’m glad that girl is leaving…can’t stand her and she barely plays a role.

  • Hamel

    She’s ugly.

@Hamel: good thing she has talent to fall back on.

    A P E, I mean, APU.

I hope they dont cancel this show….soooo refreshing!!!! she is hysterically funny!!!!!!

@Hamel: when in doubt, rely on biogetry. good job.

  • LRB

I gave this show 2 episodes and found it not to be original at all. I was hoping for some biting comedy from this talented writer. It was too sitcom generic for me.

  • DebStier

It’s an awful show, and this casting change won’t help anything.

BTW, Kaling looks like she’s 400 lbs. in that photo.

  • cali

I like the show. Anna Camp is great, but they underused her. So I can see why she might want to pursue other things.

  • Whatevs

    Amanda Setton is flawless.

I’m a fan of Mindy, but she needs to get the binge eating under control.

I don’t think that the cast changing will hurt my loyalty to the show at all. I’ve been a big fan of Kaling since discovering her talent on The Office, so creative differences are probably for the better benefit of the show. I have a few buddies that work with me at DISH who think that the BFF bump down might speed the show up in a different direction, but I’ll still be able to find plenty of laughs either way. I’m even saving this entire freshman season to my DISH Hopper for anytime I need more of The Mindy Project, between new episodes. It’s nice to have a DVR with a 2TB hard drive for me to save every show I want to. No more picking and choosing has me pretty content as a TV fanatic.

Why the hell would they mess with Shauna! Terrible move.
Love the show. Mindy is funny ass hell!

  • LaLa

I love Anna Camp but her character is so completely annoying on this show I literally get angry when she is onscreen. Shauna’s character is better than the other dopey receptionist, why isn’t she leaving instead?

  • LoveMindyKaling

It took me a few episodes to get into it, but now i love the show and think she’s halarious. The so-called casting shake-up isn’t a big deal. I do like Anna Camp though, too bad she’s not gonna be a regular. I applaud FOX for this show.
