OlderKate Middleton: Pregnant Child Bereavement Center Visit with Prince William
Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge (aka Kate Middleton) covers up her baby bump in a white coat while visiting the headquarters of Child Bereavement UK on Tuesday (March 19) in High Wycombe in Buckinghamshire, England.
The 31-year-old pregnant royal was joined by her husband Prince William, who has been a patron of the charity since 2009.
The center promotes that “all families have the support they need to rebuild their lives, when a child grieves or when a child dies. [The] mission is to ensure the accessibility of high quality child bereavement support and information to all families and professionals.”

A pregnant woman visiting families that lost their kids…it seems wrong.If i had lost a kid,the last thing i’d want to see is a pregnant woman in front of me.It wouldn’t be comfortable at all.These photo ops are getting more patetic than they already are.
Kate Middleton is not a.k.a.That’s part of her birth name.Royal titles like duchess,queen,prince and some more king are fake.She was born Kate Middleton,not “Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge”.Married,divorced or single,her name will always be Kate.The middle age is over,so these fake royal titles are futile nowadays.
@Ashlee: I hope she is.The Royal family is pathetic,loves attention and does everything to get attention.But faking a pregnancy would be very bad to Kate and William’s reputation.But i still don’t think the royal family would go that low to get attention.They wouldn’t play with a serious situation only to get free press,i hope.:(
