Lea Michele Sends Love to Cory Monteith in Rehab

Lea Michele has responded to her boyfriend Cory Monteith‘s decision to check into a rehabilitation program for substance addition.

“I love and support Cory and will stand by him through this,” the 26-year-old Glee actress said of her boyfriend to People. “I am grateful and proud he made this decision.”

Lea and Cory first went public with their relationship in April of last year, and were last seen out together at the LA Kings game last week.
