Hugh Jackman: Gym Attacker Not Mentally Fit for Trial

The 44-year-old actor was spotted later in the day carrying a bag from Le Pain Quotidien back to his apartment!

Back in April, Hugh was attacked at his gym by Katherine Thurston, who may or may not be going on trial due to her mental state.

“She’s been found not fit to proceed to trial, but I’ll ask the people if they have any objection,” Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Maxwell Wiley said about the attacker, who is set to return to court on July 2.
