Eric Dane: 'The Last Ship' Role is Physically Challenging

The 40-year-old actor recently opened up about his new role as Commander Tom Chandler in TNT’s The Last Ship.

“It’s a physical challenge,” Eric told EW. “On Grey’s Anatomy, I didn’t have to move too much. I think I ran through the hospital three times. But this is a more physically demanding role.”
