'Big Bang Theory' Renewed for Three More Seasons By CBS!

CBS’ hit sitcom The Big Bang Theory was just renewed for three more seasons by CBS, Deadline reports.

The show’s stars Kaley Cuoco, Johnny Galecki, Jim Parsons, Simon Helberg and Kunal Nayyar are up for contract renewals at the end of this season. Mayim Bialik and Melissa Rauch closed deals last year.

“Comedy is a big part of our schedule, and The Big Bang Theory is the biggest comedy force on television,” Nina Tassler, CBS Entertainment chairman said in a statement. “This multi-year deal further strengthens our network’s position for future seasons and marks another chapter in the great partnership CBS enjoys with Warner Bros. Television for delivering audiences the best in comedy. We’re proud to work with and showcase the incredible talents of Chuck Lorre, Steve Molaro and this amazing cast every week.”

Well at least Kaley Cuoco still have a job.

Unless they create entirely new plots, then that’s really a bad idea. Because, especially this season, they just recycle old plot lines and old jokes. It still is kinda funny but it’s not meaningful. So I hope they change the plot a lot. And please do something about Sheldon and Amy. It’s getting tiresome. :/

It’s a good series with a strong cast.

For me, watching this show is like watching paint dry! I just do not find it funny. The male characters are all annoying.

I love the show, I think they still have a lot of story to tell. Three more years, woot!

Kaley Cuoco can be absent in one season, because she wants to be a mother and she can’t wait to make a family with her husband, tennis player Ryan Sweetin’ (or “Ryan Sweetie”, as Penny can say).

Chuck Lorre probably would bring Penny a travel, when Kaley would become a mother.

@DeeDee: Agreed! I know it’s a popular show but I never laughed once. In fact, I disliked everyone in the show and the laugh track!
