The couple was rumored to have split up in the beginning of the year, but when Alyssa posted a photo of the Valentine’s Day card that Jake sent to her, it was clear they were still together!

The last time that we got a sighting of the couple together was back in September when they were holding hands on a stroll in the Big Apple.
