Daniel Radcliffe Memorized the Names of the Crew Before Filming His Latest Movie 'What If'

Daniel Radcliffe grins as he poses on the carpet at IvyConnect’s First Annual Ivy Innovator Film Awards held at Landmark Theatre on Wednesday (August 6) in Los Angeles.

The 25-year-old actor then hit the stage to introduce a screening of his new film What If, which hits theaters TOMORROW, August 8.

“Before filming began, he asked for a crew list so that he could memorize the names of all of the crew members,” the film’s director Michael Dowse recently told the L.A. Times about Dan‘s work ethic. “I’ve never heard of an actor doing that.”

In case you missed it, watch Dan‘s funny interview from earlier this week on Late Night with Seth Meyers!

FYI: Daniel is wearing Levi‘s Commuter 511 Trousers.

I think that’s cool, I guess, but I’m not sure of the value of memorizing a list of names if you don’t know the faces that go with them?

You ask for it with pictures and jobs (sound, makeup, etc). That’s a gentleman!

The internet is good for learning all great stuff, how is it that children would rather play video games all day? when I was a kid that $20 allowance didn’t go that far at the arcades, computers were expensive and some of us did have access to them, now consoles are around the same price as the pc. there’d have to be a great rush/euphoria from perfoming as an actor that channels an exciting role.
