The One Direction singer took the time to pose for pics with sick patients during his hospital visit on Tuesday (December 23) in Dublin, Ireland.

“For our patients it was a dream come true to meet the one and only Niall Horan today. We’d like to say a huge thank you to Niall for visiting Crumlin Hospital and for putting huge smiles on all our patient’s faces. You’ve really made this a Christmas to be remembered,” the hospital wrote on Facebook.

Earlier in the week, Niall was in New York City performing an awesome cover of “Santa Claus Is Coming To Town” with One Direction on Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
